A driver shortage is not an HR problem, it is an operational one: the vehicle is loaded, the route is planned and the delivery window is fixed. Which is why the only useful answer to "can you cover tomorrow" is yes or no, given quickly.

MavCo supplies drivers across licence categories for distribution, multi-drop, trunking and general logistics work. Licence category, entitlements and any digital tachograph card are checked before a driver is put forward, not after a problem.
