When we founded Mavco, our vision was never simply to establish another security company. Our ambition was to create something different — an organisation built on trust, family values and genuine partnerships.

The security industry is full of talented people and specialist businesses. Too often, however, those businesses work independently, facing the same challenges alone. I believed there was a better way.

Mavco was created to bring people together.

Our name itself reflects our foundations. Mavco was created by combining the names of our two sons, Maverick and Cody. It reminds us every day that what we build today should create opportunities and leave a legacy for tomorrow.

As we have grown, that philosophy has never changed. Although we remain a family-founded business, Mavco is now much more than a family company. Every employee who wears the Mavco badge, every client who places their trust in us and every partner who works alongside us becomes part of our journey.

Our Directors remain actively involved in the day-to-day operation of the business because we believe leadership should never be distant. Good leadership means listening, supporting, solving problems and standing alongside our people whenever they need us.
