Founded in 2013 by Managing Director Tom Devine, formerly with Kent Police. Every member of our operational team is directly employed by Mavco. We do not subcontract. We do not use agency staff. Each client receives a dedicated contract manager as their direct point of contact.

03 — How We Work

Before we plan, we listen. A senior member of our team meets you to understand your requirements, your environment and your concerns — reviewing historical data and incident records.

A senior Mavco manager conducts a comprehensive risk assessment of your site or venue: capacity, entry and exit points, evacuation routes, risk areas and past incidents. Nothing is assumed.

Not a template with your name on it. Staffing levels, officer profiles, training requirements, communication protocols and emergency procedures — entirely governed by your requirements, confirmed in writing.

Operational within four to six weeks of contract award. Enhanced DBS checks, SIA licences and BS 7858 vetting verified, contract-specific induction for every officer, SmartTask portal live from day one. TUPE retention rate: 96%.
04 — On the ground
Serving local authorities including Maidstone Council, Tonbridge and Malling Council, Swale Borough Council and the London Borough of Bromley, housing groups including Legal and General, Bellrock Group and Golding Homes, plus retail and commercial operators.
