01 — Service overview
Event management is the work that decides whether everything else lands. It is the site plan that puts the bar somewhere the queue will not block a fire route, the schedule that stops two suppliers needing the same gate at the same time, and the decision made at nine in the evening when the plan meets reality.
MavCo Events manages that end to end, or fits around a team you already have. Either way you get one point of contact who holds the whole picture, rather than being the person who has to relay messages between five suppliers.
